Information the Extension Handles

 

- YouTube page information

 

When you use the extension on a supported YouTube video or channel page, it reads information visible on that page to create estimates and channel/video insights. Depending on the page and YouTube's available data, this can include the page URL, video or channel title, channel name, public view and subscriber counts, likes, comments, publication details, duration, category, hashtags, description text, and limited caption or comment snippets.

 

The extension does not scan your general browsing history. Analysis is limited to the supported YouTube page you open or analyze. If you add an item to the data sheet, its displayed fields and analysis snapshot are saved in Chrome's local extension storage on that browser profile. You can remove individual rows or clear the sheet. Sheet data is not uploaded to the account or payment backend.

 

The extension also stores your sheet column preferences and an expiring account session token locally in Chrome storage. Signing out removes the local session token. Clearing the extension's browser storage may remove saved sheet data, preferences, and your session.

 

- Account and sign-in information

 

If you sign in, the email address you enter is sent securely to the YouToo backend hosted by Wix. Wix uses it to send a one-time verification code and associate your account with its access record. The code expires after 10 minutes, is single-use, and is stored as a hash rather than in readable form. The backend stores account, code-challenge, session-hash, revocation, and rate-limit records. The extension stores the issued session token locally; the backend stores its hash. Sessions expire after 30 days and can be revoked.

 

The extension does not ask for or store your email password, Google password, cryptocurrency wallet credentials, or private keys.

 

- Payments

 

If you choose to purchase premium access, the Wix backend creates a NOWPayments invoice for USDT on TRC20. NOWPayments processes the payment. Wix receives signed payment-status notifications and stores order and payment records such as the account reference, invoice/payment identifiers, requested and received amounts, currencies, status, and access-grant time. These records are used to verify payment, provide or revoke access, prevent duplicate processing, and maintain transaction records.

 

The extension does not process cryptocurrency directly and does not receive wallet private keys. The NOWPayments checkout page is operated by NOWPayments and is also subject to its own privacy policy and terms.

 

- Where Information Is Stored and Shared

 

Saved YouTube analysis rows, the local session token, and sheet preferences are stored in your browser's Chrome extension storage. The extension sends account emails and authentication requests to the Wix backend. Wix also uses its CRM/triggered-email service to deliver sign-in codes. Payment requests and necessary order information are sent from the Wix backend to NOWPayments; NOWPayments sends signed payment notifications back to Wix.

 

The extension does not sell personal information. Information is shared with Wix and NOWPayments only as needed to provide sign-in, account access, and the payment service. YouTube page information saved in your sheet remains in your browser and is not sent to Wix or NOWPayments by the extension.

 

- Retention and Your Choices

 

You can remove saved sheet rows, clear the sheet, or sign out in the extension. Local data remains in your Chrome profile until you remove it or clear the extension's storage.

 

Sign-in codes stop working after 10 minutes, and sessions stop working after 30 days or when revoked. Expired authentication records may remain in Wix until routine cleanup. Account and payment records may be retained as needed to operate the service, manage access, prevent abuse, resolve payment issues, and meet applicable legal obligations.

 

To request access, correction, or deletion of account information, contact soomro@falkonwixweb.com. Some payment or security records may need to be retained where required for legitimate operational or legal reasons. The publisher can revoke access by disabling the account in the backend.

 

- Security

 

Requests between the extension and its backend use HTTPS. One-time codes and session tokens are not stored in readable form in the Wix database. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Protect access to your Chrome profile and email account, and do not share sign-in codes or session credentials.

 

- Children's Privacy

 

The extension is not designed to collect personal information directly from children under 13. It analyzes public YouTube page information and does not request a child's name or age. If you believe a child has provided an email address for an account, contact the publisher using the privacy contact above so the account can be reviewed and removed as appropriate.

 

- Changes and Contact

 

This policy may be updated when the extension's data practices change. The current version should remain publicly accessible at the privacy-policy URL listed in the Chrome Web Store.
